Shopping on VOICI is safe and easy print instructions
VOICI has been carefully designed to provide you with an easy, enjoyable and secure online shopping experience. We subscribe to the code of practice established by the Office of Fair Trading.
Simply browse our website, clicking on any items of interest to view full details and price. When you have chosen a product you would like to buy, select the correct size/colour options (if applicable) from the dropdown lists displayed and click ‘add to shortlist’. You may then either continue to browse or go straight to your shortlist and checkout to purchase your items.
When you have completed your selection of products, or at any time during browsing, you may click on ‘view shortlist’ to display a list of items you have selected. You can delete items or make amendments here such as changing the quantity, size or colour of an item. Once you are happy with your selection, choose the ‘buy online’ option. Here you will be asked for your delivery and payment details to enable you to confirm your purchase. Your order will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation by e-mail with an order reference number.
Simply follow the instructions in the ‘online’ section. When you are happy with the items in your shopping basket, choose the ‘buy offline’ option, which will enable you to print out your order form. You can either fax this to us and we will telephone you for your credit/debit card details or, if you prefer, post this to us together with a cheque for the correct amount. Your order will be processed and you will be sent a confirmation by email, fax or post (whichever you prefer) with an order reference number.
Alternatively, you may order by telephone. Simply call us with your order numbers and correct size/colour (if applicable). You will be asked for your credit/debit card details and will be given an order reference number verbally.
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at 17½% (when applicable) but exclusive (unless stated otherwise) of a delivery charge. VOICI reserves the right to revise the stated prices without notice and the right to refuse to supply.
We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 5 days of receipt of your order. If any items cannot be delivered within this time, we will contact you with a proposed delivery date. A signature is required upon delivery so please provide an address where someone can sign for the goods.

In the event of you not being completely satisfied with any products you have ordered from VOICI, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt in the condition they were dispatched, together with the completed returns form accompanying your order and you will receive a full refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post – otherwise, please remember to ask for a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to VOICI at your own expense. VOICI cannot be held responsible for any defect in the product arising from neglect or failure to follow instructions.
Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are initially provided to you on approval and legal ownership to the goods will not pass from VOICI to you until the 14 day period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods, VOICI will refund the amount paid excluding the postage or provide an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to VOICI on cancellation of order to receive a full refund or exchange.
You have the option of either entering your full details each time you place an order or opening an account which will contain your delivery and billing details, email preferences and a record of your orders. You will need your email address and password to access these details each time you visit the site.
